Schedule Your Patient's Appointment with Virtual Medical Receptionist!
First step: a registered patient selects an appointment for June 15, 2010 at 10:15am.
Second step: An Appointment reason is being selected from a drop-down menu.
Any medical or dental clinic can set their own list of appointment reasons with appropriate durations.
As an example for a dental clinic, Cleaning with 60 minutes, Filling with 30 minutes, Initial check up for 20
minutes and Wisdom teeth extraction for 60 minutes of scheduled time, were selected.
Appointment slot sizes (booking intervals) can be configured individually by each clinic as well. In our example below we use appointment slot sizes of 15 minutes, but each doctor can choose his own booking intervals, ranging from 5 to 60 minutes.
Third step: Emailed appointment confirmation to thePatient and to the Medical Office!
