It is easy to add a Patient to the Virtual Medical Receptionists - an IcyCRM 24/7 Medical Scheduling System.
Click to Add New Patient . Customers list is displayed in the IcyCRM Back Office. Only the most important information from the data base is displayed, however the fields can be added.
The list of fields includes: Created on, Assigned to, Customer name (checked), Date of birth, Street address (Checked), City (Checked), State/Province (Checked), City (Checked), Postal/Zip Code (Checked), Home phone area (Checked), Home phone number (Checked), Business phone area, Business phone number, Cell phone area, Cell phone number,Email (Checked), Employer, Occupation.
Clicking on "Add Customer/Patient"will open up an input window as it is shown below.
